Key Responsibilities
- Collate agendas and minutes for all marketing related meetings.
- Update Salesforce with all marketing and company contact information.
- Collate samples of all print materials / ads & file electronically and hard copy / archive.
- Undertake research projects and prepare decks as required, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Arrange meetings (including but not limited to catering, video conference rooms, printing agendas).
- Assist in the coordination of Marketing Manager diaries, travel requirements & meetings for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with competition winners by creating and sending letters, recording fulfilment, and contacting winners.
- Assist the Marketing Managers in sending assets, updating copy and co-ordinating ticket requests.
- Assist with MCG website updates and social media posts and planning.
- Support the administration of the marketing budget (Purchase Orders, Invoices, Budget Tracking, Reconciliation, Expense Claims and Filing).
- Support relationships with ad agencies, media, and marketing partners.
- Assist in the organisation and running of special events, opening nights and launches.
- Assist in the administration of campaign reporting by collating relevant marketing information from a variety of sources as directed by Marketing Managers.
- Other duties as required.

Requirements
- Tertiary degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related area of study.
- Strong interest in working in a commercial entertainment business.
- Web savvy and confident social media user.
- Solid computer skills including, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to complete work as directed.
- Commercially focused and results driven.
- Strong numeracy skills.
