Your role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Clerk to work in their Melbourne office. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will display a willingness to learn and provide support to the Accounts Payable team.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry & filing
  • Staff reimbursements – processing and payment
  • Daily payment runs – creating cheques and EFTs
  • Following up on internal and supplier queries
  • Processing office-related invoices
  • Liaising with internal departments

About you

Requirements:

  • Have good attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, and a client service focus
  • Have some administrative experience and/or be an accounting or finance graduate
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Looking to take the next step in their career in a fun, fast-paced team environment
