Your role
This part time role requires a 9-month commitment, as this program is from March 2025 - Dec 2025. Responsibilities include:
Supporting Account Management team in day-to-day management of all key accounts
Conducting digital store checks ensuring accurate and timely setup, pricing, placement and use of assets
Maintaining up-to-date new release trackers for all key accounts
Bundle creation
Delivery / coordination / approval of trade marketing assets and submissions for accounts
Assist with creation and sell in of product presentations, including quarterly sell-in decks
Take screenshots and collate platform coverage support deck for all key releases and key promotions
Supporting team on price promotions including building submissions, loading pricing information into studio systems and on all client specific platforms or forms, and promotional store checks
Event & screening coordination support, including direct contact with key account contacts as required
Capturing minutes and actions from account and internal meetings as required
Copywriting for the International Distribution newsletter
Other ad hoc coordination tasks for Account Management team as required
Monitoring competitor and industry changes that affect sales activities, both directly and indirectly, and researching current market trends
About you
To be eligible for this internship, you must be studying for the duration of the internship. You must also meet the following qualifications:
Actively completing a business/commerce, media/communications, marketing, or similar degree in the 2025 year.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, OneNote, and Excel (ie. knowledge of Pivot Tables is desirable but not definitive).
Excellent attention to detail.
Well organised with great prioritisation skills.
Be a good communicator with an analytical mind and a desire to learn.
A passion for Film & TV and an interest in understanding global and local entertainment industry landscapes.
