SUMMARY STATEMENT

As a member of our team, you will work alongside experienced consultants to tackle complex business challenges and deliver value to our clients. You will also have the opportunity to receive training on-the-job and receive mentorship from senior members of our team. Our Sydney-based graduate program rotates across several practices over the course of 2 years, to gain exposure to the different businesses and segments within financial services. This will include undertaking projects within our Strategy Consulting business, Global Insights practice – which conducts more than 50 studies every year, across every major financial services market globally – and our Management Consulting practice, focusing on Asset and Wealth management. You will obtain extensive market knowledge, along with experience in project planning and execution across a variety of client engagements.

COMPETENCIES, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

We look for people with strong analytical abilities, a demonstrated understanding of (and interest in) our markets, and the ambition to shape the way our clients see the industry and their businesses. We have a strong emphasis on technical expertise: most of our consultants have graduate and professional qualifications in actuarial, finance, economics or accountancy.

Work experience in the sector is preferred, but not essential.
