Your role

The Investment Banking (‘IB’) group provides a variety of advisory and capital-raising solutions to corporations, financial institutions, private equity, governments and public-sector organizations around the world.

Collaborating across geographies, industries and products, they provide comprehensive and innovative financing, advisory and risk solutions to clients. Being part of the summer internship program means you will gain first-hand experience and insights into a career in IB.  You will have the opportunity to get a feel of the culture, create new networks and gain valuable on-the-job training.

The summer internship program will commence in December 2024 and run for ten weeks at the Sydney office. You will be provided with orientation and induction training in the first week, which will typically comprise of business overview sessions where you will learn more about the products, businesses and meet with different representatives across the firm.

After induction, you will be part of the project team working alongside investment bankers on financing and advisory projects. Their goal is to give you a meaningful internship experience and help you develop by providing you with significant and diverse responsibilities throughout the program.
