About Our People and Culture Graduate Program  

Our 2-year People and Culture Graduate Program is a full time, permanent role from day one, with 3 rotations every 8 months.  

It is uniquely designed to equip you with the experience, knowledge and networks that will empower you to succeed!   

You will have exposure to areas including but not limited to:  

• Business Partnering: Supporting the business, leading change
• Talent Acquisition: Recruitment processes
• Employee Relations: Case management

Examples of day-to-day tasks may involve:  

• Managing and assisting in HR queries and matters
• Recruitment processes including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Policy, Procedure and Investigations

Qualifications and Certificates accepted but not limited to:  

• Bachelor of Commerce major in Human Resource Management
• Bachelor of Business Administration major in Human Resource Management

Eligibility Criteria

 To be eligible for our program, you will need to meet the following criteria:  

• You are an Australian Citizen, New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Have completed an Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or Certificate level qualification in 2023, 2024 or expect to complete your final subject by December 2025, inclusive of any internships or work experience placements required for graduation.
• Be willing to work predominantly from our Macquarie Park campus in Sydney
• Be available to commence in February 2026
