ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Graduate at Origin you will be part of a team playing a critical role in powering our future and supporting the energy transition as a leading gas producer for Australian and international markets.  Beginning in February 2026, you'll embark on a transformative three-year journey, marked by hands-on learning, role rotations, comprehensive training, mentorship, and exclusive development prospects, shaping your career trajectory. 

You’ll be empowered to work in a variety of roles across the business providing a strong technical foundation and experiences outside of your core discipline. 

During the program, you'll receive personalised support to reach your goals, including daily coaching, participation in a formal mentoring program, guidance from a graduate buddy, comprehensive technical training, and various professional development opportunities. We’ll also support you to achieve CA or CPA so you’re accredited by the time you complete the program.

Our smaller graduate cohorts ensure a tailored experience, paving the way for long-term career prospects across multiple fields.

We’re looking for innovative accounting graduates to help us crunch the numbers, analyse data and power the energy transition from our Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide locations. 

Ideal candidates will appreciate teamwork, excel in communication and problem-solving, effectively engage with a variety of people and be excited by the opportunity to play a critical role in powering our future and support the energy transition. 

You must hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency (PR) to be eligible for this opportunity and be available to start full-time work in February 2026.
