Diversity seems to be greatly prioritised, with there being a nearly 50/50 split of male and female employees, as well as significant multi-culturalism in all teams. The same spread appears at all levels of the business, with there being good cultural and gender representation in the higher levels of management as well. The only point worth noting is perhaps the lesser representation of indigenous peoples.

Based on my observations, the company seems to be committed to diversity and inclusion. I have noticed efforts to create a more inclusive environment, though I don't have specific details on all the initiatives or their outcomes. It appears that the company values diversity in its workforce, and there are opportunities for people from different backgrounds to contribute. However, I feel that there may be room for further development in ensuring equity across all areas, such as recruitment, retention, and promotion.

The graduate program cohort tends to be very diverse every year which is amazing, however I would say that is the only are in which they care about diversity, the company does tend to hire mostly senior and male candidates overall.
