Can fluctuate on operation demands. Quite satisfied with a higher workload. However, there will always be those mundane tasks.

Good mix of interesting, technical work that supports my learning along with the less fun but still important document updating, less technical work but still developing important skills in those non-technical areas.

Great opportunity to work on projects and tasks that have impact. The risk is that graduates will take the skills learned and leave to another company if pay for FTE and opportunity prospects dont change

As a Graduate Engineer at Origin Energy, my role involves contributing to various projects and gaining experience across different areas of the business. In my current rotation, I am part of the Pipeline Engineering team. My day-to-day tasks include reviewing ongoing pipeline and process engineering projects, checking emails for updates on project timelines, design changes, or contractor requests, and identifying and troubleshooting issues like pipeline leaks, equipment malfunctions, or flow irregularities.

I recently moved into a new role just last week, so I'm still adjusting to the tasks and responsibilities. It's been a bit overwhelming as there are a lot of new things to learn, and the duties seem quite intense for a graduate position. However, I'm doing my best to pick things up, absorb the new information, and adapt to the role. I'll see how things progress as I continue to gain more experience
