Creating a successfactors account to submit docs and general info (easy), group interview (found it to be a good exercise although would be better in person I think as it was difficult to have good discussions at times), 1:1 interview (welcoming, easy going, relaxed, allowed me to be myself and express my thoughts easily which was good)

I had two calls. One was an overall knowing about me call. Second call was more of interview like chat, they got involved two people from the area i was going to work in eventually. It was very comfortable and my to-be manager was very encouraging and excited which made me choose this job out of other offers. The assessment was not technical but behavioural.
