I believe the pay is fair but the fact that superannuation is included in the contract is not what was expected. Especially when comparing to similar graduate engineering positions where they all get superannuation on top of their salary. Bonus is nice but it is really an incentive to stay at the company with a series of difficult rules. Furthermore, three years on graduate pay when you will be work practically as full engineer is a little problematic

The pay and benefits are good. I am yet to receive a bonus, but it can be up to 10% of your annual earnings. I believe this company pays above the market for the position I am in.

While I appreciate the compensation and benefits offered, I feel that the current pay does not fully reflect the rising cost of living. Given the economic changes, I believe there may be room for improvement in order to ensure that employees are fairly supported in their roles.

However, some of these perks come with additional fees, which can limit their overall value.
