• Developing and sustaining a growing CPG business.
• Attending National Capability Sessions.
• Building relationships and receiving coaching.
• Leveraging sales forecasting tools.
• Merchandising iconic brands and executing advertising displays.
• Managing a frontline team of PepsiCo Employees.

About You:

Candidates should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree completed by August 2025.
• Strong leadership, passion, and a desire to make an impact.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Competitive and team-oriented focus.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean record.
