Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:  

  • Learn the business through PepsiCo's Sales Leadership Program, gaining field selling and leadership experience.
  • Develop and sustain a growing CPG business by selling and marketing products to retailers.  
  • Attend National Capability Sessions to understand PepsiCo’s business and people agenda.  
  • Build relationships within the organization, receive coaching, and engage with leadership.  
  • Use sales forecasting tools to achieve sales targets and support business growth.  
  • Merchandise iconic brands and execute advertising displays.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to grow volume, revenue, and profitability.  
  • Collaborate with the field sales team, key accounts, and customers to meet consumer demands.  
  • Implement go-to-market strategies, including Direct to Store Delivery and Warehouse Distribution.  
  • Work with customers to execute sales strategies, manage inventory, and implement promotional events. 
  • Conduct business reviews with key decision makers.  
  • Lead a team depending on location and division.

About You:

Candidates should possess:  

  • A Bachelor’s Degree completed by August 202.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for making an impact.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.  
  • A competitive, team-oriented focus with a winning attitude.  
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean record.
