Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Learn the business through PepsiCo's Sales Leadership Program, gaining field selling and leadership experience.
- Develop and sustain a growing CPG business by selling and marketing products to retailers.
- Attend National Capability Sessions to understand PepsiCo’s business and people agenda.
- Build relationships within the organization, receive coaching, and engage with leadership.
- Use sales forecasting tools to achieve sales targets and support business growth.
- Merchandise iconic brands and execute advertising displays.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to grow volume, revenue, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the field sales team, key accounts, and customers to meet consumer demands.
- Implement go-to-market strategies, including Direct to Store Delivery and Warehouse Distribution.
- Work with customers to execute sales strategies, manage inventory, and implement promotional events.
- Conduct business reviews with key decision makers.
- Lead a team depending on location and division.
About You:
Candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree completed by August 202.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for making an impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A competitive, team-oriented focus with a winning attitude.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean record.
