Join PepsiCo's Sales Co-op Program to gain hands-on experience in sales operations and business development.
Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Develop and sustain a growing CPG business by selling and marketing products to retailers.
- Build relationships across the Field Sales network and engage with leadership.
- Use sales forecasting tools to meet sales targets.
- Sell and service customers in line with Customer Development Agreements.
- Execute advertising displays for iconic brands.
- Work with Sales leaders on field sales projects, focusing on POS optimization, innovation launch, and customer agreement optimization.
About You:
Ideal candidates will have:
- Availability to work full-time from May to August 2025.
- Third-year status in a Business Degree program preferred.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access.
- High academic achievement and multitasking ability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
- Self-starter attitude with effective planning and scheduling skills.
