Join PepsiCo Beverages as a Sales Co-op, to gain hands-on sales experience and potential career advancement.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:  

  • Immersing in sales operations and learning business from the ground up.  
  • Developing and sustaining a growing CPG business by selling and marketing products to retailers.  
  • Building relationships across the Field Sales network and engaging with leadership.  
  • Leveraging sales forecasting tools to meet sales targets.  
  • Selling and servicing customers in compliance with Customer Development Agreements.  
  • Executing advertising displays and merchandising iconic brands.  
  • Utilizing analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project.  
  • Engaging in POS optimization, innovation launch, and customer agreement optimization.

About You

Candidates should have:  

  • Third-year status in a Business Degree program preferred.  
  • A valid, full driver’s license with a clean record and reliable vehicle access.  
  • High academic achievement and ability to pursue other interests.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and enjoyment of challenges.  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.  
  • Self-starter ability to plan work, set priorities, and manage schedules.
