Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:  

  • Improve production efficiencies and implement process changes.  
  • Innovate business solutions aligned with Pep+ goals.  
  • Present contributions to the Supply Chain Leadership team.  
  • Lead and motivate a frontline team in locations like Moncton and Vancouver.  
  • Solve problems and remove barriers to "win the shift."  
  • Track business-critical KPIs to focus on meaningful projects.  
  • Build people capability through effective employee relations and training.  
  • Apply knowledge of operations and maintenance to support equipment reliability.  
  • Execute the Annual Operating Plan for Production.  
  • Achieve performance standards in safety, line utilization, and quality.  
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and quality management programs.  

About You:

Ideal candidates will have:  

  • Availability from May to December 2025.  
  • Pursuit of a degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sciences, or similar.  
  • Preference for second-year plus students.  
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Commitment to working with and leading people.  
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.  
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach.  
  • Passion for extracurricular activities and community involvement.  
  • Agility and a positive attitude towards change.
