Join PepsiCo Beverages as a Summer Supply Chain Co-op in Winnipeg, focusing on production efficiencies and leadership opportunities.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:  

  • Improving production efficiencies and implementing process changes.  
  • Motivating a frontline team and solving operational issues.  
  • Tracking business-critical KPIs to identify trends.  
  • Building people capability through effective employee relations and training.  
  • Applying knowledge of operations and maintenance to support equipment reliability.  
  • Executing the Annual Operating Plan for Production.  
  • Achieving performance standards in safety, line utilization, and quality.  
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and quality management programs.

About You

Candidates should have:  

  • Availability from May to December 2025.  
  • Enrollment in a degree program in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sciences, or similar.  
  • Preference for second-year plus students.  
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • A commitment to working with and leading people.  
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.  
  • A collaborative, team-player attitude.  
  • A passion for extracurricular activities and community involvement.  
  • Agility, initiative, and a positive attitude towards change.
