Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:  

  • Improve production efficiencies and implement process changes.  
  • Innovate business solutions aligned with Pep+ goals.  
  • Present contributions to the Supply Chain Leadership team.  
  • Lead and motivate a frontline team in locations like Moncton and Vancouver.  
  • Track business-critical KPIs to focus on meaningful projects.  
  • Build people capability through effective employee relations and training.  
  • Apply knowledge of operations and maintenance to support equipment reliability.  
  • Execute the Annual Operating Plan for Production.  
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and quality management programs.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have:  

  • Availability from January to August.  
  • Enrollment in Engineering, Supply Chain, Sciences, or a similar program.  
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • A commitment to working with and leading people.  
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.  
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach.  
  • A passion for extracurricular activities or community involvement.  
  • Agility and a positive attitude towards change.
