Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:

- Tracking business-critical KPIs to identify trends.
- Applying knowledge of operations and maintenance for equipment reliability.
- Executing the Annual Operating Plan for Production.
- Achieving safety, line utilization, and quality standards.
- Overseeing facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
- Building people capability through training and communication.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and quality management programs.
