Beverages Supply Chain Leadership Program - Winnipeg (Start ASAP)

Develop leadership skills in PepsiCo's Supply Chain, focusing on operations, team motivation, and KPI tracking.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Familiarizing with day-to-day business operations in a Supply Chain organization.
• Motivating a frontline team and solving issues to "win the shift."
• Tracking business-critical KPIs to identify trends for meaningful projects.
• Applying knowledge of operations, repair procedures, and maintenance for equipment reliability.
• Executing the Annual Operating Plan for Production.
• Achieving performance standards in safety, line utilization, and quality.
• Tracking key performance indicators and correcting trends to meet financial targets.
• Overseeing facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
• Building people capability through employee relations, training, and communication.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and quality management programs.

• Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2025.
