Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Familiarizing with day-to-day business operations in a Supply Chain organization.
- Motivating a frontline team and solving issues to "win the shift."
- Tracking business-critical KPIs to identify trends for meaningful projects.
- Applying knowledge of operations, repair procedures, and maintenance for equipment reliability.
- Executing the Annual Operating Plan for Production.
- Achieving performance standards in safety, line utilization, and quality.
- Tracking key performance indicators and correcting trends to meet financial targets.
- Overseeing facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
- Building people capability through employee relations, training, and communication.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and quality management programs.
