Beverages Winter Sales Coop - Nanaimo (Start ASAP)

Join PepsiCo's Sales Co-op to gain hands-on experience in sales operations and business development.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Immerse in sales operations, learning from the ground up.  
• Develop and sustain a growing CPG business by selling and marketing products to retailers.  
• Build relationships across the Field Sales network and engage with leadership.
• Use sales forecasting tools to meet sales targets.  
• Sell and service customers in line with Customer Development Agreements.  
• Execute advertising displays and merchandise iconic brands.  
• Work with Sales leaders on field sales projects, including POS optimization and innovation launch.  

About You:

Ideal candidates will have:  

• Availability for full-time work from January to April.  
• Third-year Business Degree studies preferred.  
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access.  
• High academic achievement and ability to manage multiple interests.  
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities.  
• Self-starter attitude with effective planning and scheduling skills.
