Manage and grow CPG business with retailers, focusing on sales, marketing, and sustainability.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and sustaining a growing CPG business.
  • Delivering, selling, and marketing products to retailers.
  • Managing business with customers from start to finish.
  • Delivering consistent sales targets.
  • Planning and executing advertising displays with customers.
  • Performing weekly inventory and cash management.
  • Merchandising products for customers.
  • Building critical business skills.
  • Engaging in frontline leadership training.
  • Conducting sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Assisting Zone Leadership with sales and market execution projects.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Completion of second or third year of a Business Degree.
  • Valid G or class 5 driver’s license with a flawless driving record.
  • Reliable access to a personal vehicle.
  • High academic achievement and ability to pursue other interests.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and enjoyment of challenges.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact confidently with all organizational levels.
  • Self-starter with ability to plan work, set priorities, and manage schedule.
