Foods Business Development Sales Co-op - Surrey (May 2025)

Join PepsiCo as a Sales Co-op to drive sales and marketing efforts while developing critical business skills.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Develop and sustain a growing CPG business by delivering, selling, and marketing products to retailers.  
• Manage business operations with customers, including sales targets, advertising displays, inventory, and cash management.  
• Collaborate with the Zone Leadership Team to apply analytical and communication skills for sales forecasting and reporting.  
• Engage in frontline leadership training and assist with market execution and sales projects.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have:  

• Completion of the second or third year of a Business Degree.  
• A valid G or class 5 driver’s license with a flawless driving record and reliable access to a personal vehicle.  
• High academic achievement and the ability to manage multiple interests.  
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities.  
• A self-starter attitude with effective planning and scheduling skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
