Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Develop and sustain a growing CPG business by delivering, selling, and marketing products to retailers.
- Manage business operations with customers from start to finish, including achieving sales targets.
- Plan and execute advertising displays in collaboration with customers.
- Perform weekly inventory and cash management.
- Merchandise products for customers.
- Work closely with the Zone Leadership Team to apply frontline knowledge.
- Utilize analytical and communication skills to deliver results with key customers.
- Engage in frontline leadership training, sales forecasting, and reporting.
- Assist with sales and market execution projects.
About You:
Ideal candidates will have:
- Completion of the second or third year of a Business Degree.
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license with a flawless driving record.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle.
- High academic achievement and the ability to manage multiple interests.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a love for challenges.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently at all organizational levels.
- Self-motivation with the ability to plan and prioritize work effectively.
