Join PepsiCo Foods Canada's Sales Leadership Program to lead teams, execute sales strategies, and drive innovation.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Gain market experience to understand the company from the ground up.
• Lead a team, depending on location and division.
• Work with clients to execute sales and merchandising strategies, set up displays, manage inventory, and develop promotional events.
• Understand and implement go-to-market strategies, including direct store delivery, warehouse distribution, and third-party carriers.
• Use problem-solving skills to increase sales volume, revenue, and profitability.
• Influence and collaborate with the sales team, key account team, and customers to meet consumer demands.
• Use analytical skills to present business reviews to key decision-makers.

About You

Candidates should have:

• Baccalaureate obtained between August 2023 and August 2024.
• Strong leadership, passion, and a willingness to influence.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, resolve complex problems, and meet deadlines.
• Competitive and team-oriented approach with a winning attitude.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
