Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Gaining market experience to understand the company from the ground up.
- Leading a team, depending on location and division.
- Working with clients to execute sales and merchandising strategies, set up displays, manage inventory, and develop promotional events.
- Understanding and implementing go-to-market strategies, including direct store delivery, warehouse distribution, and third-party carriers.
- Using problem-solving skills to increase sales volume, revenue, and profitability.
- Influencing and collaborating with the sales team, key account team, and customers to meet consumer demands.
- Using analytical skills to present business reviews to key decision-makers.
About You
Candidates should have:
- A baccalaureate obtained between August 2023 and August 2024.
- Strong leadership, passion, and a willingness to influence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple priorities, resolving complex problems, and meeting deadlines.
- A competitive and team-oriented approach with a winning attitude.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
