Your responsibilities:
Gain experience in the market to get to know the business from the ground up.
Lead a team, depending on your workplace and division.
Work with customers to execute sales and merchandising strategies, set up displays, manage inventory, and set up promotional events.
Understand and implement their go-to-market strategies, including: direct-to-store delivery, warehouse distribution and third-party carriers.
Use your problem-solving skills to increase sales volume, revenue, and profitability.
Influence and collaborate with the sales team, key account team, and customers to meet the demands of consumers in the region.
Use your analytical skills to present business reviews to senior decision-makers.
Training & development
You will have the opportunity to learn all the ins and outs of the organization through a robust onboarding program. The sales leadership program will allow you to acquire diversified experiences in several departments of PepsiCo Canada Foods. If you produce impactful results & demonstrate leadership skills in their new graduate program, you will be uniquely positioned to fill a potential people management position within PepsiCo Canada.

About you
What types of candidates are they looking for?
Baccalaureate obtained between August 2023 and August 2024.
Strong leadership, passion, and desire to make an impact!
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational skills demonstrated by your ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time, resolve complex problems or difficult situations, and meet deadlines and objectives.
Competitive, team-oriented approach and a winning attitude.
Access to a reliable vehicle is required.
Holder of a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
