Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Lead a team of frontline employees in Production, Maintenance, Traffic, or Warehouse at facilities in Lethbridge, AB, Taber, AB, or Surrey, BC.
• Motivate the team, solve problems, and remove barriers to maximize daily results.
• Influence team members to implement long-lasting solutions for real business projects.
• Gain exposure to frontline leadership by backfilling team supervisors.
• Conduct data analysis to identify improvement areas and drive problem-solving.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to develop action plans for business performance.
• Develop innovative technical solutions for continuous improvement projects.

About You:

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Enrollment in post-secondary education in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to work rotational and/or non-traditional shift schedules.
