Join PepsiCo's Operations co-op to develop future supply chain leaders in a dynamic, business-driven environment.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:  

  • Gain an understanding of various supply chain functions and disciplines.  
  • Build affiliation with associate peers and interact with senior leadership.  
  • Assist in the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes.  
  • Report findings to team members and management as required.  
  • Work on large projects and manage time and effort independently.  
  • Learn statistical modeling and develop reporting tools.  
  • Manage production staff to achieve production and quality goals.  
  • Organize and facilitate team meetings for continuous process improvement.  

About You:

The ideal candidate will:  

  • Be currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or Business Management.
  • Be a highly motivated self-starter.  
  • Have proven leadership experience in academic or extracurricular settings.  
  • Possess previous experience in an operations environment, though not required.  
  • Be able to work in an unstructured environment and make quick tradeoff decisions.  
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment.  
  • Have effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills.  
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Be able to give and receive constructive feedback.  
  • Be flexible for relocation to enhance advancement opportunities.
