You will be based out of one of our world-class facilities in Western Canada. Your role will be to lead a team of frontline employees working in production, quality or maintenance. You will be expected to overcome the challenges that come with being part of a supply chain organization, including motivating the team, finding solutions to problems and removing roadblocks to help the team achieve “a winning shift”. You will also be responsible for tracking business KPIs to identify trends and focus on meaningful projects that will advance PepsiCo’s mission to be a faster, stronger and better company. Sustainability and continuous improvement are in our DNA. This opportunity to participate in our co-op program will allow you to have a tangible impact on our day-to-day business operations by improving production efficiencies, developing new business solutions and implementing process changes.
