Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Work at manufacturing facilities or distribution centers in Lethbridge, Taber, AB, or Surrey, BC.  
• Conduct cost/benefit analysis balancing cost, quality, service, and people.  
• Develop leadership skills through continuous improvement training.  
• Motivate and coach teams to meet performance targets.  
• Implement productivity and efficiency initiatives, such as reducing downtime and waste.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have:  

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management by September 2025.  
• Willingness to relocate within Western Canada.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• A commitment to leading and working with people.  
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities.  
• A collaborative, hands-on approach.
