Trade & Shopper Marketing Coordinator role works cross-functionally to collaborate with wider Philips business and stakeholders. In this position, you have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously including the execution of a retail activation plan, owning in-store and online excellence to drive brand preference and increase conversation. Campaign result tracking and evaluation including shopper insights.  General coordinating of office activities and operations for the Personal Health team.

You are responsible for:

Personal Health Retail Training

  • Coordinate product-related training, including presentations of new features and simulation activities in a demo environment
  • Liaise with industry experts and organize workshops and classroom-style trainings
  • Schedule in-house educational sessions using e-learning platforms
  • Gather feedback and recommend suggestions for the learning process
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs in the Retail environment
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
  • Closely cooperate with Sales Team/s in the Market/s on strategic training in key retailers

Personal Health TSM (Trade Shopper Marketing)

  • Initiate local or regional trade marketing actions and promotions based on the recommendations, to optimize stock levels.
  • Execution of retail activation plan including, POSM (Point Of Sale Material), Promotion & Activation
  • New product launch: work together with the category team to assure a successful new product launch in retail
  • Achieve retail operation excellence. Initiate nationwide activation by product category.
  • Other cross-category marketing activities support on project base

Personal Health Administration

  • Coordinating office activities and operations including monthly team meetings, company events such as end-of-year events, lunches, and birthdays.
  • Accounts – invoicing/budget management
  • Coordinate trade decks with Key Account Managers
  • Philips external events such as Baby and Dental Expos and Shows

About you

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:

  • Pursuing Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Business and related fields
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills and presentation capabilities
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and the record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals
  • Good computer and database skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
