Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Support the management of training and awareness program requirements.
- Assist in driving training escalation protocols.
- Execute day-to-day training program operations, including course assignments and reporting.
- Validate compliance training data and address any gaps.
- Create program dashboards/reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global, compliance, and HR teams to advance program agendas.
- Drive awareness campaigns with internal stakeholders and communications team.
- Review HR screening processes and due diligence as per procedures.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong collaboration skills in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers or graduates with 0–1 year experience in training, data reporting, and analysis. Experience with LMS and administration is preferable.
