Lead multi-million dollar business and budget from Day 1 with P&G's iconic brands in a dynamic sales environment.

Your role

Responsibilities

  • Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goals.
  • Collaborating with multi-functional teams to develop strategies and plans.
  • Managing and improving distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.
  • Translating business plans into measurable selling points for the customer.
  • Developing productive working relationships with key customer contacts and selling mutually effective business plans.
  • Using analytical tools and integrating various data systems to develop new insights.
  • Providing input into retailer category strategy.

About you

Qualifications

  • Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or NZ Residency.
  • Currently completing the final year of a Bachelor’s degree or a recent graduate.
  • Passion for stakeholder management and communication.
  • An Australian Driver’s License.
  • Experience in FMCG or Retail industry is preferred.
  • A minimum credit average across University results.
  • Strong leadership experience, e.g., leadership positions in clubs, teams, societies.
  • Well-rounded life experience, contributing to the community.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for winning.
  • An analytical mind, strategic thinking, and innovation skills.
