Your role

The Operations & Change Management (OCM) Team supports all Firmwide Corporate Service departments to improve the quality of the service by streamlining and automating connected processes as well as supporting the implementation of best-in-class business applications such as Workday, G Suite, and Salesforce.

In this role, you will:

  • Understand the business and user needs and translate them into communication materials.
  • Assist in creating internal communication materials to engage with users such as presentations, infographics, intranet sites, or pages.
  • Assist in creating support materials to drive change adoption in user guides, training materials, and FAQs.
  • Learn different techniques to gather user feedback to better understand their needs and adjust on proposed communication plan.
  • Learn to liaise and manage stakeholders from various departments and functional teams.

About you

To apply for this role, you have to meet the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools such as Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Skilled in graphic design programs like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar would be an advantage.
  • Candidates may share their design portfolio as part of their application.
  • Keen to develop themselves in the profession of change management and internal communications.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and eager to learn.
  • Highly organized with effective time management.
  • Able to work independently and get things done within the deadline.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing skills, and a team player.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.

Training and development

Open to students in their first to fourth year of an undergraduate degree, this internship runs over a minimum of eight weeks during summer or winter break. During the program, you’ll undertake challenging and relevant work through client engagements, networking events, and other exciting opportunities. You’ll also be assigned a supervisor who will be responsible for looking after and guiding you throughout your entire internship period.
