Assurance Risk & Quality

The Assurance Risk & Quality Teams have a major role in ensuring that the Assurance professionals in PwC provide the highest quality professional services and are seen by our clients as trusted advisors. More specifically, the Quality Assurance Team supports the firm’s commitment to quality by managing various compliance review programmes to monitor the application of the auditing standards and performing root cause analyses to identify potential factors contributing to the firm’s quality and to identify how the firm can provide the best possible environment for engagement teams to deliver quality work.

How will you value-add?

  • Providing support for root cause analysis of various quality reviews.
  • Performing timely file archival compliance testing.
  • Assist with compilation of data and prepare reports to support monitoring and reporting.
  • Assist with administrative duties and data migration.
  • To ascertain if the aura/external work paper files were archived on a timely manner and in line with the relevant frameworks - this includes sighting and vouching to the actual signed reports/assurance file tracking database/EMW.

Requirements:

  • Diligent and willing to learn.
  • Proficient in basic computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite).
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Meticulous and possesses an eye for details.
