Your role

As a Talent Management Intern under Human Capital, you will play an important role in ensuring efficient and meaningful outcomes that align with the firm’s talent and performance management efforts in engaging PwC people. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be part of the team that works on current and/or new projects to support the Talent Management agenda for PwC people.
  • Support in planning and coordinating Talent Management initiatives or programmes, activities, and/or events in terms of logistics, administrative tasks, and various internal stakeholder liaisons.
  • Support in updating, improving, and/or developing Talent Management-related content and reference materials for various platforms such as internal sites or documents.
  • Support in Talent data and record updates, maintenance, or consolidation.
  • Support in research and analysis of programmes relevant to the development of talents, where required.

About you

To apply for this role, you have to meet the following qualifications:

  • Students pursuing studies in Business, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or Psychology background preferred.
  • Possess an interest in people management and/or development functions.
  • Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Problem solvers with the ability to act quickly and pay close attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.

Training and development

Open to students in their first to fourth year of an undergraduate degree, this internship runs over a minimum of eight weeks during summer or winter break. During the program, you’ll undertake challenging and relevant work through client engagements, networking events, and other exciting opportunities. You’ll also be assigned a supervisor who will be responsible for looking after and guiding you throughout your entire internship period.
