Your role

  • Ideate, design then develop holistic people analytics reports.
  • Apply advanced data analysis techniques and transform HR data into actionable insights.
  • Enhance intellectual analytical capabilities by integrating available HR data sets with big data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enable analytics-based critical decision-making.
  • Work closely within the HR Technology Team to continuously develop people metrics, scorecards, and dashboards to measure elements such as Engagement, Productivity, and Cost across the employee lifecycle and the Efficiency and effectiveness of the various People initiatives.

During the program, you’ll undertake challenging and relevant work through client engagements, networking events, and other exciting opportunities. Furthermore, to ensure that you’re equipped with all the knowledge and tools to complete your internship successfully, you’ll go through an induction during the first few days with the firm. You’ll also be assigned a supervisor who will be responsible for looking after and guiding you throughout your entire internship period.

Work-life balance

At PwC work model includes three ways of working - virtual, in-person, and flex. About you

  • Student with a Master's of Science in Human Capital Management and Analytics.
  • Have a passion for uncovering the mystery behind human capital management with data, using big data, AI, statistics, and SQL queries.
  • Passionate about solving problems, relentless need for investigation and data exploration.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
