Human Resources - Talent Acquisition Coordinator Internship null

Your role

PwC's Human Resources Team is responsible for attracting talent to the firm as well as formulating and implementing strategies and maintaining various programs for developing, retaining, and attracting people. PwC is looking for someone who can commit with immediate effect for at least 4 months.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern, you play an important role in ensuring efficiency, experience, and ultimately outcomes of most of the recruiting efforts. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ownership of the general recruitment team mailbox, interview scheduling, providing exceptional and timely responses, interactions, and overall experience to candidates.
• Facilitate the talent acquisition process from requisition through to offer generations via recruiting systems.
• Coordinate offer and closing process for offerees.
• Utilize a recruit tracking system for data entry, event management, and reporting in a timely & accurate manner.
• Support and participate in the team’s recruiting initiatives and projects.
• Enjoys a highly collaborative working relationship with Campus and Experienced Hires and Graduate recruiters in Singapore firm.
• Work closely with recruiters to source candidates across various platforms.

• Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or relevant courses.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.

Training and development

During the program, you’ll undertake challenging and relevant work through client engagements, networking events, and other exciting opportunities. You’ll also be assigned a supervisor who will be responsible for looking after and guiding you throughout your entire internship period.
