Your role

Being a part of the Human Capital Team at PwC Singapore, you would utilize your human resource knowledge and expertise to contribute to building a people-centric culture in PwC Singapore. The Compensation & Benefits Team within PwC Singapore is the center of excellence in all matters related to staff benefits as well as compensation. You would be attached to the Compensation & Benefits Team supporting the Total Rewards Lead regarding all compensation and benefits matters to build a better PwC for tomorrow. 

As an Intern, you will:

• Provide support to the team on various projects and ad-hoc activities.
• Drive engagement with corporate vendors to increase the quantity and quality of corporate discounts for PwC staff.
• Manage the PwC corporate discount portal to ensure an optimal experience, including regular review and update of EDMs as well as SOPs.
• Review and drive improvements to current HR processes which includes best practices as well as compliance.

About you

• Students from Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant courses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be a bonus.
• Excellent academic achievements with strong involvement in co-curricular activities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Analytical, agile, and adaptable to change.
• Team player and a keen learner.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.

Training and development

Open to students in their first to fourth year of an undergraduate degree, this internship runs over a minimum of eight weeks during summer or winter break. During the program, you’ll undertake challenging and relevant work through client engagements, networking events, and other exciting opportunities. You’ll also be assigned a supervisor who will be responsible for looking after and guiding you throughout your entire internship period.
