Your role

PwC's Firmwide Corporate Services Unit, spanning the Chairman's Office, Administration, Business Development, Operations and Change Management, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Legal, Marketing & Communications, and Technology, helps build the firm’s competitive advantage by providing support to all lines of businesses. PwC specialists in each function bring together a diverse set of skill sets, experience, and expertise to best service excellence to all internal clients. Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Support the People Engagement team to deliver the right solutions for varied objectives.
  • Support on data preparation and reporting for people engagement-related initiatives.
  • Work with in-house Marketing and Comms Team to develop content pieces for internal publications.
  • Writing, editing, and delivering concise, crisp, and audience-focused communications products across multi-channel solutions.
  • Update internal sites to raise awareness of engagement activities.
  • Assist with the implementation of human capital-related campaigns or events.
  • Creative support for recruitment events, and logistical planning and execution where necessary.
  • Any other required ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Training & development

Work-life balance

At PwC work model includes three ways of working - virtual, in-person, and flex. For professionals who select a virtual role, they'll primarily work virtually, unless they must be in the office or at a client site for key events. Employees work both in-person and virtually and will spend one to three days per week on average at a PwC office or a client site and work virtually the remainder of the time. Flex is encouraged for interns and new associates to take full advantage of the new joiner experience. Some PwC professionals, based on role or team, have a location requirement and are likely part of a local team that periodically works together in an assigned office or client site.

About you

  • Students from Business, Social Science, Social Work, and Psychology background preferred.
  • Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Service-oriented and committed to teamwork and excellence.
  • Able to use Excel proficiently.
  • Able to present thoughts and articulate in a clear and structured manner.
  • Highly meticulous, good English, excellent spoken and writing skills are preferred.
