Your role

Work together with the Responsible Business Team and other stakeholders to deliver on PwC Singapore’s Corporate Responsibility (CR), Inclusion & Diversity (I&D), Wellbeing & Culture, and Values objectives. The team focuses on driving the ESG agenda in the firm, including but not limited to the:

  • Drive ESG-related behavior change campaigns.
  • Drive internal I&D events and people engagement.
  • Drive internal employee wellbeing campaigns.
  • Drive culture and values in the firm.
  • Manage community investments such as PwC Singapore Foundation and volunteerism.
  • Annual CR Assurance and development of sustainability report.

As an intern, you will be involved in the following roles:

Coordinate volunteering activities and support programme implementation:

  • Work with charities to develop volunteer programmes.
  • Perform volunteer recruitment.
  • Track attendance and beneficiaries' KPI, and gather feedback after each program.
  • Assist with the implementation of key campaigns or events.

Communications:

  • Update internal sites to raise awareness of our programmes and community activities.
  • Update the external PwC Singapore website for CR and I&D.

Reporting:

  • Support annual CR Assurance.
  • Support the development of the Annual Sustainability Report such as data collection, and liaising with various stakeholders for content.

About you

To apply for this role, you have to meet the following qualifications:

  • Students from business, social science, social work, and psychology backgrounds preferred.
  • Works well autonomously.
  • Has the right design or communication skills to do the responsibilities stated and is interested in RB topics.
  • Is energetic, motivated, enthusiastic, and confident.
  • Has a good record of co-curricular activities.
  • Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Is service-oriented and committed to teamwork and excellence.
  • Good English and excellent spoken and writing skills are given preference.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.

Training and development

Open to students in their first to fourth year of an undergraduate degree, this internship runs over a minimum of eight weeks during summer or winter break. During the program, you’ll undertake challenging and relevant work through client engagements, networking events, and other exciting opportunities. You’ll also be assigned a supervisor who will be responsible for looking after and guiding you throughout your entire internship period.
