Your role

Responsibilities

• Rotating through key operations and compliance teams.
• Developing technical skills and exploring continuous improvement.
• Collaborating across teams for excellent customer outcomes.
• Potential rotation areas include Financial Economic Crime, Payments and Settlements, and Operations.
• Short-term rotations in rural branches and Risk and Compliance.
• International rotation in Utrecht, Netherlands.

About you

Qualifications

• Final year undergraduate or postgraduate status, or recent graduation within three years.
• Availability for full-time employment from February 2026.
• Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
• Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the field.
• Passion for the food and agribusiness industry is advantageous.
• Self-motivation with planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
