The Business Transformation Graduate stream provides a unique opportunity for graduates to help deliver value and contribute to a number of business-critical projects. With a strong focus on business analytical skills, plus stakeholder and project management ability, this role provides graduates with the skills and knowledge to help drive innovation and change. Potential rotations include Change Management, Project Management, and Business Analysis.
To develop a well-rounded knowledge of the bank, you will also be placed on three short-term rotations within risk and compliance, rural or regional branches, and operations. Selected Graduates will also be placed on a short-term international rotation to connect with colleagues in our global head office in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
