Join Rabobank's 2026 Graduate Program in Business Transformation, offering domestic and international rotations in food and agribusiness banking.

Your role

Responsibilities

  • Participating in Rabobank’s transformation agenda to enhance customer experience.
  • Contributing to business-critical projects with a focus on business analytical skills, stakeholder, and project management.
  • Engaging in rotations such as Change Management, Project Management, and Business Analysis.
  • Experiencing short-term rotations in rural branches, Operations, and Risk and Compliance.
  • Potentially participating in an international rotation in Utrecht, Netherlands.

About you

Qualifications

  • Final year undergraduate or postgraduate student, or recent graduate within the last three years.
  • Available for full-time employment from February 2026.
  • Australia or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the chosen field.
  • Passion for the food and agribusiness industry is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
