Your role

Responsibilities

• Building technical expertise across Enterprise and Operational Risk Management, Financial Restructuring, and Credit Risk.
• Rotating through various risk management tasks and responsibilities.
• Identifying, evaluating, and managing current and emerging risks.
• Instilling an appropriate risk culture at Rabobank.
• Completing short-term rotations at rural branches and Operations.
• Participating in a potential international rotation in Utrecht, Netherlands.

About you

Qualifications

• Final year undergraduate or postgraduate student, or recent graduate within the last three years.
• Available to start full-time employment from February 2026.
• Australia or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
• Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the chosen field.
• Passion for the food and agribusiness industry is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
