Join Rabobank's 2026 Graduate Program in Technology for domestic and international rotations in a leading agribusiness bank.

Your role

Responsibilities

• Developing technical skills across Infrastructure, Systems, Data Analytics, and Cyber Security.
• Participating in three core stream rotations in architecture, design, hardware, software, networking, data analytics, and cyber security.
• Engaging in short-term rotations in rural branches, Operations, and Risk and Compliance.
• Potentially participating in an international rotation in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

About you

Qualifications

• Final year undergraduate or postgraduate student, or recent graduate within the last three years.
• Available to start full-time employment from February 2026.
• Australia or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
• Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the chosen field.
• Passion for the food and agribusiness industry is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
