Your role

Their expectations:

You will be working with a diversified team of Overhaul Shop employees, commercial colleagues and external International Customers. You will provide pre-delivery and after-sale support to customers which may include product updates on technical condition, repair cost estimates and delivery status. You will be the customers ‘go to’ person for the duration of the repair in shop.

What your day to day will look like:

  • Provide front-line Support for Major Customers providing full aftermarket support to Customers and Operations in a repair environment for engine components.
  • Represent Pratt &Whitney as point of contact for Customer while interacting directly with numerous teams within value stream. (ex. ITC, IT, Quality, Operations, Engineering, Warranty, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales).
  • Interpret customer requirements and ensure that they are met while meeting business objectives and building strong Customer rapport.
  • Work towards increasing repeat business in a competitive market and achieving higher MFA results.
  • Manage Customer accounts and collaborates with ACS (Aerospace Component Services) Sales & Marketing regarding key accounts.
  • Prepare for and support all aspects of Customer visits, including but not limited to Contract Reviews and DOF quarterly business meetings.
  • Will be required to work in a team environment.
  • negotiate autonomously complex issues Expected to manage projects of moderate size and scope Expected fluency in data extraction and analysis.
  • Execute transactions involving Transport Canada, Commercial, Technical, Export Control, IT and Financial knowledge.

About you

What you need to be successful:

Must haves;

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
  • Pursuing a degree in Economy, General Studies, Management, Marketing, Organizational Development, Purchasing, Supervision, Supply Chain Management, and Business Administration.
  • Excellent communication skills in French (spoken/written).
  • A good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is required for the operational needs of the Employer and the people with whom the candidate will interact.
  • Strong customer service and superior communications skills.
