Your role

What your day-to-day will look like:

The candidate will occupy the position of Data Analyst and Business Intelligence within the advanced analytics team of the aftermarket department. The success of this department depends on its ability to anticipate the desires of the customers and continuously surprise them positively, allowing the employees to innovate and reach their full potential.

The candidate's responsibilities will therefore generally be related to data analytics, to help managers and other senior executives improve the quality of customer service, the extraction of useful data from internal information systems and conduct business analysis, and perform data modeling and visualization techniques to popularize key information obtained through various data manipulation tasks. More concretely, the candidate will be called upon to:

  • Develop policies and techniques for data collection and analysis
  • Review and validate the quality of the collected data
  • Maintain existing reports and dashboards and design new ones

About you

What you need to be successful:

Must haves:

  • Be eligible to work in Canada;
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship;
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired;
  • Pursuing a degree in a relevant field: Computer Data Science, Aerospace, Engineering, or Business Intelligence;
  • Knowledge of POWER BI (DAX, M);
  • Knowledge of SQL programming an asset;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 an asset;
  • Be autonomous, resourceful, and have a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Excellent communication skills in French (spoken/written).
  • A good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is required for the operational needs of the Employer and the people with whom the  [candidate] will interact.
