Your role

Throughout this internship, you will be working in the Contracts Administration team within the Marketing & Sales organization at P&WC. They are a mid-size group (10 people) located in Longueuil, Canada, and Rzeszow, Poland. They work in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

The Contracts Administration team manages an array of activities directly linked to the sale of engines and parts to OEMs. They work on planning schedules, and they ensure all the contractual obligations towards the customers are met. This requires a close collaboration with multiple business units, such as the Engine Center, Operations, Logistics Center, Supply Chain, Aftermarket, SIOP, Accounting and Finance, and any other stakeholder in the support of OEMs and operators.

The core role of the position is to support the department’s activities, including but not limited to:

  • Coordinate information from different business units
  • follow-up on invoicing and deliveries
  • Optimize work tools, Process improvements + creation
  • Participation in financial audits
  • Support on specific ad-hoc marketing projects
  • Support with various sales analysis
  • Assisting in the integration process of the next intern

What you need to be successful:

Must haves:

  • Be eligible to work in Canada;
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship;
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired
  • Pursuing a degree in a relevant field Understanding of key business principles
  • Excellent communication skills in French (spoken/written).
  • A good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is required for the operational needs of the Employer and the people with whom the  [candidate] will interact.
  • Adaptability and autonomy – excellent ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Analytical and forward thinking – identifies issues and opportunities.
